Troop 21 Cancellation Policy
It is the policy of Troop 21 that when the City of Colorado Springs, CO is on accident alert, or cold reporting that Troop meetings will be cancelled.*
It is also the policy of Troop 21 that when School District 11 has closed due to adverse weather conditions, that Troop meetings will be cancelled.*
*if weather conditions are favorable, then the a normal Troop meeting may be held as the safety of the Scouts and Leaders should be sufficent enough to conduct a regular meeting.
If uncertain about whether or not your meeting(s) have been cancelled, please direct your questions to your respective Asst Scoutmaster.
